The conditions of ENGAGEMENT will be based on the following:

• Appropriate or higher Certificate of Competency supported by experience in the position sought
• Satisfactory references from previous employers in respect of seagoing or shore based employment
• Acceptance by the Company representatives at interview
• Medical fitness to the Company standart by only approved medical organizations by P&I clubs and ITF
