CA Oil & Gas is a division of CA Global Headhunters Pty (Ltd) based in Cape Town, South Africa.

We are an international recruitment & contractor (payrolling) business, specializing in the placement of expatriates and African nationals across all disciplines within the Upstream & Downstream business of Oil & Gas, mainly throughout Africa, Eurasia, The Americas & the Middle East. CA Oil & Gas places skilled professionals Onshore & Offshore.

CA Oil & Gas is divided into three divisions:
Permanent Recruitment - Permanent / Contingency, Executive Search, Retained Headhunting. This division is responsible for placing candidates on long term assignments, as contractors or full time salaried employees.
Account Management - Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Mass Staffing Projects. This division manages our large onsite and external recruitment projects for clients who require a designated resource for specific projects - e.g., African Nationals for the Africa region.
Personnel Management – Offshore & Onshore Rig Crews. This division manages all crew coordination between rig and home base. They are responsible for managing the entire payroll, as well as obtaining the required work permits.

CA Oil & Gas are expanding their operations with support offices globally, giving our clients access to our “foot print into Africa”.
