The company got big experience for years in agency service of river and sea type vessels, passing through Rostov, Astrakhan ports in transit, calling to ports Rostov and Azov for loading/discharging operations; in sphere of complex towage of non-type objects, towing of foreign and oversized objects; freight service, river and sea shipping operations, forwarding service and cargo declaring; pilotage of vessels under foreign flags through the territory of Russian Federation.

River Sea Shipping agency operates in employment assistance for semen and technical stuff: river or sea fleet, under Russian and foreign flags. Our agency cooperates with many Russian and foreign companies.

In selection of candidate by Shipowner request the agency :

performs interviewing and testing of a candidate to define a level of his qualification;
checks for availability of documents by occupation, and other necessary documents;
deals with references of previous employers;
performs testing of professional knowledge of English.
Depending on Shipowner’s request our company is ready to complete crew for vessels or provide individual specialist.

Our agency helps seamen and technical staff in:

studying and further training;
providing information during issuing of documentation;
registration or prolongation of semen’s passport.
For your time-saving the agency:

organizes an interview of a candidate with Shipowner’s representatives;
handles labor contract administration on behalf of a Shipowner;
prepares crew’s shift schedule and controls its duly performance.
In case of dispute between a Shipowner and semen agency acts as a conciliator in dispute settlement.
