Personal motivation is the key stone in our philosophy. We are looking for people who does care, who is reliable at sea and proficient to rule the ship safely and to take the responsibility for his life as well as the life of his companions.

Our company preovides crews to foreign shipowners and our selection is based solely on the skills of sailors.

That is why we address the similar strict requirements to all our candidates:

• Good command of English usage, test Marlins
• The citizenship of Ukraine
• Experience in the sea — at least one contract of the same ship role successfully fulfilled
• Age — 55 years
 
Each applicant must submit the following obligatory documents:

• Certificates in accordance with the requirements of STCW-78/95;
• Overseas Passport 
• Civil Passport 
• Seaman's passport
• Reviews from the previous employers
• Copies of all documents
• Photo 3x4 (1pc)
