System Support Specialist (Hong Kong)

Job Responsibilities
The successful incumbent is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure of the Group’s worldwide office network, and vessel fleet. Primary responsibilities include network operations, communications and system security ensuring a standards-compliant environment that properly supports the Group’s business processes.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in predominantly server / network / security. Experience on Novell, SAN, VMware, Network, NDS/ADS, SQL would be an advantage
Practical experience with SonicWall and/or CISCO router / firewall equipment, SSL-VPN, MPLS, ISCSI, Fibre (SAN).
Customer centric with good communication and problem solving skills
Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable
Perform duty rotation between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm and provide on-call support during non-office hours
