Advertising Operations Campaign Manager
As an Ad Ops Campaign Manager, you will launch, manage and optimize complex online ad campaigns, both on-site and programmatic off-site.

Ad Ops Team:

Based on its strong record of achievement and innovation, Ad Ops is a strategic part of Manta’s Revenue team reporting directly to the CEO.
Manta Ad Ops plays a wider role than a typical Ad Ops Team. In addition to the typical campaign management duties (inventory forecast, optimization, reporting), you will have the opportunity to participate in ad product development and technical vendor evaluation.
You will have access to the scale, expertise and resources that aren’t available in most companies.

What you’ll be doing:

Review incoming requests for proposals (RFPs) and recommend optimal targeting solutions, which may include 1st party and/or 3rd party behavioral and contextual targeting as well as custom creative solutions to meet the client’s goals.
Meet the advertising goals of each client by tracking and analyzing campaign performance, optimizing campaigns and compiling post-campaign reporting.
Innovate and collaborate with the rest of the Manta Ad Ops, Sales, and Engineering Teams on creating new advertising solutions, custom creative, targeting variables and methods, including 1st and 3rd party behavioral as well as user-registration targets.
Create and contribute to the development of new advertising products, special units and custom/integrated programs.
Stay abreast of the latest development in the area of programmatic delivery, behavioral targeting and data

What you need to be successful:

3+ years’ experience in online advertising operations.
Hands on experience with ad servers (DFP strongly preferred) and deep understanding of ad serving process and technologies.
A true problem solver who pays attention to detail and organization.
Exceptional Analytical and Quantitative Skills. Ability to understand complex systems, analyze data and draw valid conclusions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, science, technical field or equivalent experience.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience trafficking with DoubleClick for Publisher (DFP) (preferred) or any other ad serving solution.
Experience with DMP platforms, such as BlueKai (preferred), Lotame, Krux, AMP/Collective, or similar.
Experience managing programmatic ad campaigns via a Demand Side Platform (DSP)
Knowledgeable of the audience data marketplace.
Experience with order management systems, such as DSM.
Understanding of Statistic concepts
Billing automation systems
Google Analytics
Intermediate to Advance Excel Skills
