Job description

Discuss with the Master about galley and cleaning activities, and the
preparation of the meals.
Maintain an efficient way of preparation of the meals, and guarantee the
quality of the meals.
Maintain an efficient maintenance of the galley and the provision store(s).
Maintain an efficient provision stock of the provision in cooperation with the
Master.
Maintain the provision administration.
Maintain the safety and environmental regulations on board
