t is our policy to pursue continuous professional development of our crew and employees by investing in their training and work value information. This includes mandatory IMO courses, notably the STCW and the safety programs. We are preparing them for existing and future challenges on the job by sending them to advanced training courses at various training centers.
The crewing services available in our company include the following:
- application for the Netherlands certificates
- contract formalities
- visa formalities
- travelling arrangements
- insurance
- administration and control
We have developed apprenticeship programs on board of our partners' vessels. These programs combine academic instruction, technical training, and periods of on-the-job training. Nevertheless, difficulty in attracting high-quality entry-level personnel still persists.
