Our efforts are directed to provide our principals with high quality services, always in time and in full compliance with all requirements as office staff consist of specialist well qualified for their work in this segment.
We pays a great deal of importance in recruiting medically fit seafarers and has established medical attendance procedures for all seafarers

Marine Recruitment

We recruit Officers & crew those who meet the shipowner's requirements with best marine knowledge and experience. Every seaman is thoroughly checked / examined by us , we have an interview in order to check the identity of his qualification & verifying experience from previous employers as well as we check his knowledge of English.

Deck Department structure and role:

Under the Captain's direct management the deck department is responsible for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel (at sea & in port) and are vital part of the on board management team.

Engine Department structure and role:

Under the Chief Engineer's direct management the engine department are responsible for the maintenance and operation of the ship's main propulsion machinery and auxiliary plant, including deck machinery,air conditioning plants, refrigeration plants and domestic / electrical services.

Depending on the type of ship and operationl circumstances, engineers will be required to keep watches in engine room.
