Crew (FSV) / Mini Supply Vessel Positions
First Captain
Responsibilities include: effective management of vessel crew, maintaining proper watches, maintaining vessel logs for company and customer, maneuvering vessel in port at various docks and offshore at various offshore facilities, general navigation of vessel, and overseeing enforcement of and adherence to all company policies and procedures on board as described under SEACOR's Safety Management System (SMS) manual.
Qualifications: First Captains must possess a valid USCG issued Master's License of at least 100 Gross Tons Near Coastal with a Radar Unlimited endorsement; an FCC Marine Operator's permit; Bridge Resource Management certification; a high school diploma/GED; a valid Driver's License; and a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). Prior experience in the capacity of First Captain is preferred.
Second Captain
The Second Captain reports directly to the First Captain.

This is a training position for a new USCG license holder or for captains who do not have experience working in our industry.
Qualifications: Third Captains must possess a valid USCG issued Master's License of at least 100 Gross Tons Near Coastal with a Radar Unlimited endorsement; FCC Marine Operator's permit; Bridge Resource Management certification; a high school diploma/GED; a valid Driver's License; and a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
Unlicensed Engineer
Responsibilities include: general maintenance of engine room; timely fluid and filter changes; safe transfer of product (water, fuel, etc.); ongoing preventive maintenance of engine room; assisting with deck duties, line handling, and maintaining proper watches as described by the vessel Master.
Qualifications: Unlicensed Engineers must have prior engine room experience, a high school diploma/GED; a valid Driver's License; and a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
Deckhand
Prior experience is not necessary but recommended for this entry-level position.
Responsibilities include: following the Captain's orders; general maintenance of vessel; line handling; painting; maintaining cleanliness in living areas; and maintaining proper watches as described by the vessel Master.
Qualifications: Deckhands must possess a high school diploma/GED; a valid Driver's License; and a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC). Location: Worldwide
