ABOUT THE POSITION:We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant team leader to join our IFS Singapore team.In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while driving our regional closing and reporting processes. You will manage a dynamic team, where your expertise directly contributes to our global success. Key Responsibilities:

Closings: Lead the full spectrum of month-end and year-end closing activities for our Singapore entities.
Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports and financial statements in accordance with standards.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST filings, and statutory audit requirements.
Analysis: Perform variance analysis, monitor bank balances, and provide actionable financial insights to the management team.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize accounting workflows and support the implementation of financial tools.

Your Profile:

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with a strong focus on full-set closings and financial reporting.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA or ACCA) are highly regarded.
Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP systems (knowledge of Exact Globe+ or similar is a plus).
Mindset: A proactive, independent team player with a hands-on mentality who thrives in a dynamic international environment.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills; maritime or F&B industry experience is an advantage.

We are looking for a Master for a modern patrol vessel operating in the Netherlands, with an intended start in early May.

This assignment suits an experienced maritime professional who enjoys working on modern vessels in a hands-on environment with a high level of responsibility. The Master will be responsible for the safe navigation, daily operation and overall management of the vessel, while maintaining strong standards of safety, professionalism and clear communication on board.

The initial assignment starts in early May. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of moving into a 4-week on / 4-week off rotation if the cooperation proves successful.

ABOUT THE POSITION: IFS is growing rapidly to make sure our services are guaranteed to the clients we are looking for a Full time Training Instructor who will be responsible for training and supporting audit/stock takes and trouble shooting at our offices or on board the clients vessels.The main job would be to represent our company and to train the catering crew on our standard operating procedures and way of working. With a focus on safety, quality, variety and waste management.This includes training on cooking skills, menu planning, QHSE and another range of maritime catering standards. Within this position you will work closely together with our different departments internally such as operations,crewing and procurement as well as externally you will be in contact with our clients, catering crew, suppliers and captains to give your support where you can.Location; you would mainly give training in Belgium at our Maritime Food Lab in Antwerp.
The main tasks/responsibilities will be:

Conducting IFS training to Chief Cooks, stewards and camp bosses of IFS clients at the IFS office in Antwerp.
During the training sessions; preparing, cooking and showcasing the dishes according to the IFS scope and cooking app.
Conducting catering audits and stock making on board of vessels.
Introducing the IFS way of working on board of new catered vessels.

What are we looking for:

Full Professional Proficiency in English
Computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5+ years of working experience within the maritime catering industry
Solid Knowledge of Hygiene Legislation and food safety standards
Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations and MARPOL Guidelines
Cooking certification in international cuisine; additional knowledge of other cuisines is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
