Albacore Maritime was formed in 2017 with a team with more than 150 years combined experience in the maritime industry.

Our mission is to disrupt the crowded crew management market by delivering high quality, high tech solutions to the Maritime Industry.

The company is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia with a satellite office in Spain. We run roadshows throughout Europe increasing our database of top class European officers to the LNG market.

Albacore Maritime India PVT is our sister company headquartered in Mumbai with a satellite office in Singapore. This gives us a credible presence from which we can reach out across Asia and the Far East.

In addition, our global network extends to offer the full spectrum of services such as travel, insurance, training, logistics, enabling us to provide cost efficient end-to-end crewing solutions.

Through our global recruitment and crewing services we are able to provide highly skilled mariners of all nationalities in all areas of the industry including shipping, offshore and cruise.

International Crew Recruitment

The Albacore Maritime global recruitment service delivers highly qualified officers and ratings with the skills, behaviours and attitudes which reflect the operations and values of our customers.

We use an efficient online application process and have already built an extensive database of mariners looking for new opportunities in all parts of the industry.

Our recruitment process includes pre-selection interviews and online assessments to ensure the candidates meet the required criteria. We can then manage the whole process through to offer, induction and any company specific training in line with client requirements.
