We follow some rules while working:

1. Knowing how difficult it is for sailors to earn their money we never make deductions out of the salary. Crewing services such as preparation of documents for work onboard and going abroad are held for the minimum fee in order to maintain a proper level of our company.

2. The sailors who have already worked one or more contracts on the vessels of those shipowners that we work with, have a priority in crewmanning.

3. We encourage career promotion of our seamen in many ways.
