BGI Klaipeda was founded in 2002.

We are the Government licensed: Lithuanian Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance & The Lithuanian Maritime Safety Administration issued the permission to our Company to act as an intermediary between the Seafarer and Ship Owners/Ship Managers for recruiting sea-going personnel. In other words we are Human Resources Managers who direct the flow of Lithuanian Seamen to where there is a demand for well trained and experienced Seafarers.
At the moment the Company 5 qualified employees are providing high quality service for our present partners. Our Office has been approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance to the following Quality Management System Standards ISO 9001 : 2000 (Ship Management support services comprising recruitment and management of marine presonnel).
Our office is open daily (except Saturdays, Sundays and Russian national holidays) from 09.00 to 18.00, the lunch break is from 13.00 to 14.00. The Test of spoken English is carried out on Monday and Friday from 09.00 to 18.00 at preliminary arrangement.
