The BSS has been founded in 1993, presently located in Kherson, Ukraine. Since that time on we have gained a great experience in selecting and supplying of qualified marine personnel to foreign Companies vessels.

Working over 20 years in maritime business we have large enough DATA BASE of Seafarers, all carefully selected and screened, certified in accordance to STCW-95 requirements. They have certain experience of work on different types of merchant vessels and offshore fleet.

We are interesting in business partnership with shipping Companies/Operators for whom we could provide Crews from Ukraine.
