Our Journey

Our founder’s story began after they were hired by an Fortune 500 global recruitment company & were entrusted the responsibility to launch operations in India to develop the business as a start-up. The Founders bonded over their similar career paths, cricket & after they each grew the business and achieved record breaking results, they began considering the future. After uncovering a gap of strong custom recruitment presence in finance, accounting, & maritime sectors, the idea of launching a bespoke recruitment organisation was born. With equal parts of determination and grit, Caliber8 was established. 

The successful trajectory of Caliber8 has been centered around a focus on markets in South East Asia furthermore they have also expanded over the last 3 years by tripling revenue, doubling their headcount, & serving a wide range of businesses within maritime and accounting and finance space. Looking towards the horizon & an exciting phase of growth, Caliber8 intends to unveil more office locations in APAC region in the future.
