Caspian Ocean LLP has been created on the voluntary basis and is operating on the basis of the Civil Code and other applicable legislations of Republic of Kazakhstan.
Caspian Ocean LLP is registered as the subject of middle enterprise in Department of Justice of Mangistau region and is located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Mangistau region, Aktau, 2d microdistrict, building â„– 47B, business centre "Sunkar",office â„– 719.
The General Director of the company is Mr. Antonio Mastrolia. The only participant of Caspian Ocean LLP is the «Ocean S.r.l» Republic of Italy which has a wide experience of work in sphere of providing the services of sea transportations of passengers, cargoes, luggage, services of towage of vessels, rafts, barges and other floating objects. The company has a multiple network of subsidiary companies and branches worldwide. The purpose of creation of such a company in Republic of Kazakhstan is providing the marine transport services and marine transport to the companies which are involved in oil production industry on the territory of West Kazakhstan. Caspian Ocean LLP has obtained the license on cargo and passengers transportation by marine transport.
Caspian Ocean LLP is owner and manager of the following vessels:
1. Accommodation Barge "Ð -1", for 270 persons
2. Supply Tanker "Ievoleco Secоndo", used for transportation of various cargoes, including liquid flammable -lubricating materials.
3. Tanker UNIONE used for transportation of water.
4. Caspian Ocean Limited Liability Partnership is also operator of the supply vessel "Ievoli Shuttle".
In 2006 the company management of Caspian ocean LLP has made a long-term contracts with «Saipem Kazakhstan» company, carrying out investigation, drillings and production of mineral oil of Republic of Kazakhstan of Caspian Sea basin in a nearshore zone, on renting of all above-mentioned vessels with the purpose of their operation for needs of the above-mentioned company with the organization of process of their operation. Thus, the duties of Caspian Ocean LLP include the control over operation of the vessels, searching and attraction of the personnel (crew) for work on the vessels, maintenance of the vessels in an appropriate technical condition (repair, technical inspection and scheduled maintenance service), registration of the vessels in the authorized State Institutions, elaboration and coordination of routes of the vessels, settlement of the questions with ports and repair docks and etc.
