CHUAN CHI SHIPPING CO., LTD. was founded in November 1977. Starting from 1989, we started operations recruiting Indonesian seamen for foreign nationality and local vessels. In 2012, we began formal operation of Burmese and Vietnamese seamen recruiting services. Now, we have become a professional foreign seamen agency in rendering services for local and foreign shipping carriers.

We have been granted a private employment service agency permit issued by the government of the Republic of China for engaging in legal recruitment of foreign seamen. Further, we also accepted assessment of the Council of Labor Affairs, the Executive Yuan each year and we have been constantly rated as a Superior firm.
