Company UMS has been carrying out its services in a professional and efficient way since 1997. Our Company provides qualified and competent Ukrainian crews for container vessels for Germany based shipping company Alpha Shipmanagement GmbH & Co. KG

Our recruitment process is designated to select candidates, of good appearance, attitude and interest, who demonstrate a professional approach to our employer.

Crewmembers are personally selected and prospective applicants carefully screened to verify their experience, competence, fitness and comprehension of English prior to enlistment.

We can offer to Ukrainian seafarers stable job, training, proficiency and safety on board.

All our seafarers are holders of certificates in compliance with IMO, STSW 95 and USCG regulations and requirements. Everyone is fully familiarized with the ISM Code, and has medical examination (including drug-alcohol tests), has good command of English language.
We guarantee flexible and competitive wage scales for all ranks of seaman.
