Connect Worldwide Recruiting Agency has been successfully operating on an international level for several years and is the only German recruitment agency specialized in the cruise industry.

The agency was founded in 2000 by Daniela Fahr who possesses many years of experience in working on board various cruise ships and also in human resource management. Since then Connect Worldwide Recruiting Agency has been assisting and consulting both, applicants and cruise lines. At the moment the team consists of 7 people with shipboard experience or a background in the hotel and tourism industry.

Due to excellent contacts to numerous renowned cruise lines which are also cultivated by regular visits on board the cruise ships, Connect is always up-to-date and masters to successfully match between candidates? requests on the one side and employers? requirements on the other side.

Candidates are placed within all departments of the hospitality industry, e. g. hotel management, F&B, culinary, service, bar, front office, housekeeping, entertainment and guest relations. This includes entry-level positions as well as positions in the middle, upper and top management. Annually hundreds of applicants are placed; the service is completely free of charge for applicants.
