Crew Hunter Maritime Agency

The agency was founded at the end of 2021 at Russian Federation, but already has a large base of seafarers who are professionals in their field. We also already cooperate with many shipowners from the Russian Federation and from all over the world.

The agency was founded by former sailors, which gives an understanding of the work on both sides — on the part of the company and on the part of the sailor. We know:

• What skills of a sailor are important on each type of vessel
• What sailors really face on the vessel
• What skills will be required from sailors to pass inspections
• Real situation on the seafarers’ labour market
• At the interview stage, determine the skills and professional qualities of a sailor.
• We are able to screen out unsuitable sailors for vacancies.
