Crewing Agency FCO, LTD (Fast Crewing Overseas Limited), established in Odessa, Ukraine, in 2002.

FCO Ltd has vast experience in recruiting, screening and supplying highly competent, qualified, experienced Ukrainian ship crew who are fully certified and licensed under the STCW 1995 Convention for a variety of vessels including but not limited to yacht/luxury yachts, passenger cruise ships, bulk carriers, dry cargo, containers, multipurpose, general cargo, reefers, Ro-Ro, sea-river vessels, coasters, etc. for 12 years.

We have been working with Shipping/Management Companies of the Netherlands, UK, Greece, Croatia and others for 12 years now and during our join work we collected a great pool of data base of Ukrainian seafarers with large experience in international crews.

We are able to fully understand client’s requirements for the right experience and correct qualifications.

In addition to providing professional seafarers to meet shipowner's needs, we process all the documentation necessary for their employment and facilitate their travel to join the vessels at the location determined by the Company.
