C&T Marine Consultants Co., Ltd was founded on 24th January 1989. The vision of the founders was to create a strong private crewing agency which would cater for the quickly emerging market for Polish seamen. The company quickly started doing crew deliveries for big, recognized managements, which is being continued to present day. The company owners soon decided to widen the range of services to include port agency services and cargo brokerage.

C&T Marine Consultants started in a hired office, and after a few years moved to it's newly built premises located at Graniczna Street 25, Gdynia.
Our Company is constantly looking for ways to expand our scope of activity. Our staff can be flexibly adapted to increased workload. We currently have at our disposal ca. 250 square metres of office space available for future expansion.

Scope of our activities:
Crew recruitments,
Supplying flying repair squads,
Clearance & protection agency services in all Polish ports,
Liner agency services,
Ship / cargo brokerage,
Ship repairs,
Sale and purchase of second hand tonnage,
Supplying crews alongside vessels in all North European ports, by minibuses.
