We are a new company located in Aberdeen Scotland established in 2014.

Our recruitment team is dedicated to providing highly professional seafarers in all seagoing positions for all types of vessels
across the industry on a worldwide basis.

The company has been formed by a professional mariner with extensive seagoing experience and a maritime recruitment specialist.

Our aim is to work closely with both the employers and seafarers to make sure both seafarer and employer are perfectly matched.

My sea career as a Merchant Navy Cadet began in 1992 and over the years I progressed to the rank of Chief Officer. In 2002 I came ashore and had a variety of jobs within the maritime industry. As a seafarer myself I feel I can speak to other seafarers
on a level footing. I can appreciate what is important to them and I also realise what is important to the employer.

Having worked in a large corporate environment as an accountant I diverted my career path into sales recruitment management where I spent most of my working career. In 2009 I became co-owner of a small business specialising in project management and engineering within the maritime and oil/gas industry supporting the business as accounting and sales director.
