Deep Water Recruitment is the recruitment arm of Engineering Skills Resourcing Ltd providing skilled resources to the Energy Sector. It was apparent that many engineering recruitment companies used recruiters who do not have engineering backgrounds. To give clients a better service Deep Water Recruitment was created to provide a superior service being better able to identify the specialists clients require by having a core of staff will industry experience.
The Deep Water Recruitment brand clearly identifies one of the recruitment sectors we service with recruitment experience for projects in water depths> 1000m.
Yes we do piping, mechanical, construction, electrical etc but also have specialist experience in many sectors including Wind farm projects.
Through supporting offshore construction we have become a specialist in providing offshore marine personnel, supported by access to STCW and DP training facilities. Again this was developed and delivered using staff with offshore experience.
As an organisation we want to promote equality of people. The only barrier to a person doing a role should be skills. This will form a core philosophy underpinning how we develop as an organisation.

The directors of the company between them have 10 years of recruiting experience and 10 years experience working in Energy, Marine, Engineering and Telecoms backed up by extensive business operations and finance experience.
