The manager of our agency is Mr. Igor Gritsenko who has 15 years sea going experience. The staff of the agency have highest education diplomas and good practice of English language. They have good experience in this field for at least 3 years.
We have an excellent database of all ranks for all types of vessels, which we can offer for employment: captains, deck officers, engine officers and all kind of ratings: able seaman, oilers, fitters/welders, plumbers. We can form a complete or partial crew in accordance with the shipowner's request, or crew members for individual contracts. The existing database of seafarers includes candidates from the Black Sea countries (Ukraine, Georgia, Russia) with individual experience in multilingual crews.
Our pre-employment procedures include:

Professional fitness tests
English language test
Check of originality/validity STCW certificates
Check of the references from previous employers
Medical examination, drug-alcohol and psychological test
We arrange all necessary procedures (filling in application forms, preparing copies of documents, verifying them by Harbour master or by Notary, sending them to the head office of your good company) for issuing flag certificates for the seafarers in case of need. Entrance visa to any country of the world can be prepared in accordance with embassy regulations by our agent in Kiev or Odessa.
