Element Shipmanagement S.A., located in Piraeus Greece, was established for the purpose of mainly managing feeder ships ranging from 1100TEU up to 2500 TEU.

The Company’s prime objective is to provide First Class services to its partners / customers, always through following safe practices towards human life, the environment and managed assets.

Element is ISM / ISO 9001 / 14001 certified and a member of HELMEPA and U.G.S.

• Background

Element Shipmanagement S.A. is the offspring of Ciel Shipmanagement S.A., a company founded in 2001 by Messers K. Konstantakopoulos of Costamare Shipping Company and D. Lemonidis, a former Germanischer Lloyd executive.

During Ciel’s 12 year operation, current management staff of Element gained experience in providing technical / commercial management of fully cellular container ships ranging from 440 TEU up to 6700 TEU, all operated by first Class Charterers.

Ships handled over the years were mainly owned by the Costamare Group and AP Moller Group, MSC and German KG House MPC.
