Ernst Russ AG is a listed asset and investment management company with a focus on maritime business. We manage a fleet of some 50 container, tanker and bulker vessels and an additional 180 fund ships, together with shipping, property, renewable energy and private equity assets.

We also provide fiduciary services, operate a fully licensed investment management services company and structure and manage alternative investment funds (AIF). The companies belonging to Ernst Russ AG currently manage assets with a total volume in excess of 7.5 billion euros in more than 200 active funds – with the main focus on shipping, property and energy.

Ernst Russ AG evolved in 2016 from the merger of HCI Capital AG with K?nig & Cie. Group and long-established shipping company Ernst Russ. The company combines the expertise and skill of more than 120 years’ experience in shipping and asset and investment management.
