Fareast ship management (KHI) manages recruitment of wide range of personnel/ crew for ship manning & management companies including General cargo, Container, Tugs, bulk carrier, cruise and tankers.

We possess manning license (License to Engage and Supply Seafarers) issued by Govt. of Pakistan.
We have been in this profession since long and have a team of highly experienced ex-merchant navy officers responsible for selection of personnel.

We mainly provide all categories of deck officers, engineers and deck /engine ratings including cooks with experiences of preparing different variety of food including continental food.
Our objective is to fulfill the requirements and expectations of our client, as well as our floating staff in cordial, friendly, and professional manner in order to establish a mutually beneficial (win-win) relationship for both i.e. to provide our clients with professional seafarers who are expert in their skills & profession and to provide our sea farers a rewarding & fulfilling long term career, instead of just short term/time based contracts.
Currently we have a huge CV database of experienced and fresh seafarers/ seamen of different institutions and shipping companies, STCW 95 certified, having national / Internationally recognized COC(s) and National seaman service book.
Skype interviews can also be conducted, of seafarers with principals, if required, in addition to telephonic interviews.
