We are a young company, operating in the field of international tanker shipping and port logistics. Although the company has only recently been established (early 2004), its staff members and fellow workers have a long standing know-how and experience in the field of international transport over water and transshipment and storage of liquid cargoes in bulk.

Based in Rotterdam, Basel and Hamburg, Fluvia manages a fleet of over 50 inland tankers. Herewith it carries out transport of petroleum products, vegetable oils (vegoils) and chemicals on all European waterways for a wide range of customers. Our aim towards international peak performance is emphasized by naming our ships after the highest mountaintops of the world, preceded by the Swiss 'Piz' (top or peak).

In Rotterdam (Maastank) and more recently in Basel, Switserland through the Joint Venture with Rhytank, Fluvia is participating directly in the transshipment and storage of bulk cargoes.

Antwerp is the home of Fluvia tanker shipbrokers, who act as middlemen for cargo owners and shipowners in order to arrange worldwide transportation.
