Recruitment of qualified specialists among officers and low rank who could provide effective operation of vessel as well as timely crew change, monthly wage payment, arrangement of supply crew with the provision, terminal training of officers in compliance with marine conventions and also by the request of shipowners.

YRTF has at its availability the unique possibilities for recruitment of crews as it is the shareholder of the First Marine Institute which graduate yearly a large group of qualified specialists (navigator, mechanical engineers, electrician). Also it has at its disposal associate training centre for training for and raising the level of officers and lower rank crew members’ skills.
