Kouzon Corporation was founded in October 1997 in Vienna, Austria under the name of Kouzon and Co. as a tour operator for the territory of Austria. In 1998 the company changed its location to Skopje, North Macedonia, and focused its activities to the Balkan countries. Besides its first main activity, Kouzon started working as a student service agency, mainly with the Work and Travel to the USA programs intended for full-time students. In 1998 Kouzon started operating as a recruitment agency for the biggest cruises companies in the world such as Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Club Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, Viking Ocean Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, etc. and we started using the commercial name of Kouzon Corporation. Since then, we have grown to be the largest and most renowned recruitment agency in the region of the Balkans. Our headquarters are located in Skopje, Macedonia and we also have offices in Turkey (Antalya), Bulgaria (Sofia), Serbia (Belgrade), Montenegro (Podgorica), Albania (Tirana), Czech Republic (Prague), Qatar (Doha), Bosnia (Banja Luka), Croatia (Zagreb), Slovakia (Bratislava), Tunisia (Tunis City), Kenya ( Nairobi), Zimbabwe ( Harare ), Vietnam ( Ho Chi Minh City), Honduras ( Puerto Cortes ), El Salvador ( San Salvador ). Also, we do have our representative office in China (Xiamen City ) From mid of November 2021, we open our NEW OFFICE in the city of KYEV, Ukraine From February 2024, we are planning to open recruiting company in BATUMY, Georgia. We are especially pleased to point out that we have our own training center for STCW certification. Our training center has 5,100 m / 2, with separate classrooms for various training, two-story boats for training to rescue a ship, a tower for fire training, and several training rooms in a closed and small space. Our training is performed by trainers from England, who MCA UK authorizes. Based on this cooperation, we have the right to obtain STCW certificates approved by MCA UK and the Marshall Islands. Our training background is based on numerous experiences with training centers for different cruise lines. Kouzon was the only company to have such a center for Norwegian Cruise Line candidates from 2004-2007 for the Food and Beverage and Housekeeping department. In that period, more than 1.500 candidates successfully completed the training and started working for the company. In addition to this training center, from 2011-2014, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Celebrity Cruises opened a training academy for Restaurant and Bar department in Skopje, Macedonia, in cooperation with Kouzon, which was the only company in Europe to have such a training center. Around 2.000 candidates have gained the necessary qualification there, and now work on Royal or Celebrity cruise ships with excellent results and some are included in managerial duties. From 2014-2017, Kouzon has been training candidates with the same success for MSC Cruises for the departments of Food and Beverage, Duty-Free, and Photo. Last but not least, we opened the Celebrity Service Excellence Academy in October 2019 in Skopje, Macedonia, which is a training center for Restaurant, Bar, and Housekeeping departments. It has conditions to teach outstanding qualifications needed for the Hospitality industry for sailors from East Europe. In the coming period, we plan to open culinary training centers for the needs of the cruise industry in the following countries: Kenya, Turkey, Tunisia, Macedonia, and Zimbabwe.
