The company KSS-TRANS was found in 2008 and has the state license AE №272363 to effect the employment of Ukrainian seafarers abroad.

We provide a full complex of services in a selection and employment of skilled seamen on the ships of mercantile fleet and also highly qualified maintenance staff on the passenger liners.
We also offer consultative services and preparation for the receipt of all necessary documents that can be required to the seamen.

Each member of our staff has High Marine Education, experience at sea and corresponding to all modern convention requirements concerning seamen\'s training.

At present we are ready to provide crews for bulk-carriers including OBO/combination, general cargo, containers, Ro-Ro-passenger.
Under our control all seamen go through pre-voyage course of training at the educational base of the Odessa State Marine Academy.

All selected seamen till 55 for officers and not more then 45 for ratings, bear STCW 78/95 certificates, have sea experience, good records and fluent English. Also we have a big base of cadets living in the Ukraine, who continue study in Odessa State Marine Academy as well as in three Marine Colleges.

No one of seafarers will be engaged in employment on board of vessel without close studying of Company Policy in preventing the use of the alcohol and drugs on board of vessel.Our work is based on selection of the best qualified seamen who are worthy for work for the foreign company.
