Lerus was founded in 2007 and located in Odessa, Ukraine. We help with the recruitment of qualified seafarers, workers and specialists for many business sectors and offer all the assistance you need to employ candidates from Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and other European countries.

Our staff are a team of well-qualified specialists, who are constantly developing their activities, which aim at answering the needs of our Clients and Partners. Our time schedule is flexible and available for US/Canada time zones. Lerus operates through its office located in Odessa, Ukraine.

experience of work for Oil and Gas Industry.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING:
Each candidate is examined for compliance with requested job positions.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All relevant formalities (flights/hotel accommodation/transportation) are arranged for safe and intime embarkation.

FLAG STATE DOCUMENTS
Flag-state documents are applied for seafarers according to vessel flag

PPE SUPPLY
Personal protection equipment is arranged upon Clients’ request

SPECIALIZED OFFSHORE TRAININGS ARRANGEMENTS
Any additional offshore trainings is provided upon request
