Pre-employment selection and screening provided in accordance of ISM regulation and Company’s QMS forms.
All Seafarers entitled to submit evidences of previous positive services, contact details of previous Employers, as well as detailed information existing in Company’s Interview form, to show up previous vessels, cargoes, trading area, ship’s and vetting inspections experience, which enable us submit to Clients the complete picture regarding prospective Employee.

Verbal and CBT Marlins English test shows the communication ability of each Seafarer newly entered to the pool. High grade of English tests is compulsory for newly promoted Officers too.

Handling the experience with different HR programs we’re able to monitor in-house training, validity of STCW and non-STCW Licenses and Certificates, as well as visas and medical examination expiration well in advance, to avoid possible problems and deficiency on board during sea services.

As a part of travel Agency in Moscow, and Marine Medical Center in Novorossiysk, the STMA Ltd. have a firsthand priority for visas and Medical examination arrangements.

Getting the status of the affiliated Filling Agency for different Flag States Authority, such as MCA
UK, Liberia, and Marshal Islands, the staff of STMA Ltd. is able to provide in-house issuance of CRAs
and Flag State marine documents.

The direct Agreements with Harbour Masters and Marine Administration at all Russian ports is very helpful
to arrange checking of Seafarers Marine documents legitimacy and speedy arrangements for documents issuance and pre-employment formalities.

Having a good co-operation with numerous of Travel Agencies, such as Instone, Transco and Turne-Transs we became a quite flexible in tickets, hotels and transfer arrangements with competitive price and speedy arrangements of high quality services. The establishing of in-house travel department is our next goal.
