MA "Fair Wind" is authorized professional dynamic growing crewing agency located in Odessa, Ukraine, provides Principals with well-educated and competent seamen from a single seafarer to a complete crew for all types of vessels, including: Bulkers, Containers, Heavy Lifts, Ro Ro, Passengers, Yacht, Oil, Product, Ch. (1,2,3 gr.) LPG\LNG tankers ,also we specialize in offshore fleet, such as: AHTS vessels, cable layers, drilling vessels and offshore installations, etc.

All our candidates are selected via procedure in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 Standard and comply with the requirements of the STCW - 1978, as amended in 1995 Convention are fully qualified to meet their respective rank.

MA"Fair Wind" provides the following service:
- arrange renewal of seafarers’ documentation and additional training;
- arrange medical examination including drug/alcohol/blood test and vaccination, provided by the duly licensed Ukrainian Marine Medical centre;
- supply with the working clothes and uniform with Principal's logo;
- arrange flag state applications;
- obtaining visas;
- booking international and domestic air tickets.

We successfully cooperate with shipping companies for employment of Ukrainian seamen for their vessels and guarantee immediate response to the Principal, dynamic approach to any problem and quick mobilization of required persons.
