Company “MMC” LLC emerged in 2010, as a successor to the EMS Crew Management LLC (Ukraine).

EMS Crew Management LLC was founded in Odessa in 2007, and was a part of the EMS Crew Management group of companies in the Eastern Europe (www.ems-crew.eu ). EMS Crew Management was a crewing arm of the Eitzen Maritime Services (www.ems-asa.com), and part of CECO (EITZEN GROUP).
As a result of changes and re-organization within EMS Crew Management in 2009, office in Ukraine was facing a corporate re-structure process with the name change.
Having turned another page in the history of business relations, MMC is remaining the manning agent for EMS Crew Management and its customers, and the preferred business partner in Ukraine.

As a part of the development program, MMC is setting up its affiliate office in Mariupol, and will keep advancing into the main seafarers recruitment areas in Ukraine.

Company is specializing on crewing/recruitment services. We are supplying the qualified manpower to oil, chemical and gas tankers (LPG, LNG), as well as to the dry cargo vessels.
