Company history
MPC Capital was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of the international MPC Group. The primary shareholder of MPC Capital, listed since the year 2000, is MPC Participia. Having placed roughly EUR 6 bn of equity, MPC Capital is a leading investment and asset manager of alternative investment products, employing a staff of approx. 240.

MPC Capital's initial alternative investment focus was on ship equity and real estate products, but over the course of more than twenty years of business the firm has expanded into additional markets and forms of structuring.
