Crew management service is our core business and we feel great pride in offering our performance to the ever higher level of competence.

We have been using modernized criteria in order to strengthen our crew management service, such as using smart software where all the data is stored and used accordingly as per the requirement.

Through fully digitalized crew management operations, we ensure that all vessels in the fleet have officers & crew onboard with the required skills, training and certification for the vessel type and in case a relevant training for any particular course is required, we take full initiative to get that provided either by company’s internal training institute or any external institute (well authorized).

Till date we have recruited on or around 1500 officers & ratings and currently, we have around 200-300 floating staff.

Our crew management service includes certain activities such as:

Crew planning, Crew processing, database management, documents verification, owner’s briefing, follow – up cases, crew travel, allotments and crew accounting.

We have recruited candidates upon various types of vessels like, container, bulk, oil/chemical tankers, ro-ro.

The services we provide are managed by our dedicated staff located at our offices and our experienced personnel maintain the quality procedures in the safest, efficient and the most reliable operations in accordance with our ship owner requirements. We also ensure the affordability in terms of manning fees and quality of our services.

In addition to the above, we also ensure that our candidate not only have the required professional qualifications, but also the required personality in regards to discipline, attitude, behavior, their psychological state, decision making efficiency and courtesy, just to make sure that the candidates recruited by us should turn out to be the best.

Our personalized service to seafarers includes being in constant contact, and monitoring their personality traits. We have been doing an interesting job where we provide remarks to our candidates in respect to the above points for their personality and the same is forwarded to the master as well, so that the master would also have a clear picture in advance about the crew.
