At Northern Marine Manning Services we are specialists in the recruitment, training and deployment of competent marine, engineer, offshore and project staff, both officers and ratings. We currently administer in excess of 6000 multinational seafarers on behalf of a broad spectrum of Clients.

Northern Marine Manning Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northern Marine Management, in turn wholly owned by Stena AB. Initially, our primary function was to provide bespoke crewing services to the technically managed fleet of our parent company. Today, our comprehensive range of recruitment, crew management and training services puts us in a strong position in this specialist field.?????

With headquarters in Scotland and a network of support offices and manning agents in strategic locations around the globe, we can deliver a customised package of services to fulfil the specific needs of our Clients, wherever they are located. Today, we directly employ over 90 highly skilled management support staff in our various international manning offices.
