Seafair is a digital-first global manning agency with offices in the US, Germany, Greece, Philippines and Ukraine, currently managing over 300 vessels. We want to help seafarers around the world find the best jobs, through simple digital tools, supported by our 24/7 team, in an open and fair way.

We are inspired by the hustlers that move the world - the people who work day and night away from their home and families to move 90% of global trade. We want to help them find the opportunities they deserve in a fair and simple way.

Our goal is to make crews and crew departments more effective on all the vessels in the world. We want to use data, technology and our operations on the ground across the world to empower the people involved in maritime crewing.
