We are independent company. We located at the Dnepr river, near the Black Sea, in town Kherson, the South of Ukraine.

Our town has one Maritime University, one Maritime College, & one Maritime Academy. Two large Shipbuilding yards. All our staff have been engaged in this business more than ten years.

Our Company consists of energetic, initiative workers and it lets us to provide duly performance of the problems put to us from the shipowner and to develop the spectrum of our services in various directions.

We have in our big data base (around 12 000 seamen various ranks) a great number of specialists who have experience of working on various types of vessels, as like as bulk carriers (panamax types), tankers, containers, general cargoes, universals, and others.

Our company has all necessary documents for crewing operating. We have all necessary Licenses. And we also certified by "Bureau Veritas" and have MLC certificate. We have agent, who can arrange visa, arrange tickets, we can provide with working clothes for seamen.

Our seafarers have all necessary documents according STCW—CODE?95, which correspond their positions. Working with us, your company can employ Ukrainian, qualified seafarers.

Crewing Agency Sea Leader getting employed only high-qualified and competent seamen. It means that our database of seafarers consists of qualified, experienced, well-trained, medically fit and loyal crew. The crewing policy mainly aims safety of crew, cargo and vessel, pollution prevention of environment and execution of commercial obligations.

Agency staff has work experience in manning and shipping industry, they conduct inter-view with candidates before enrolling them into our database. Candidates pass interview, written and oral tests of knowledge of English language as well as checking their qualification and professional skills. Seafarers will be enrolled into agency database only if we are sure that they are fully satisfy their positions.

Prior seamen departure for work, we conduct
briefing in accordance with ISM Code and STCW requirements and as per ship-owner company
Quality System Policy.
