Shanghai Sinoship Seafarer Management Co., Ltd. specializes in crew manning and provides services including crew recruitment, training, certification and dispatchment. The company is granted with the "The crew manning agency qualification certicate" issued by the Maritime Safety Administration and "Certificate of Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Service" recognized by the China Classification Society, is a member of "Shanghai Seafarer Services Association" and also one of the first batch of six companies in Shanghai approved by the MSA for crew manning service.

The company explores new ways of cultivation and training with many vocational schools and universities like Shanghai Maritime University, Nantong Shipping College and so on, aiming to nurture and develop a professional seafarer team with internationally advanced skills and strong sense of service orientation.
The company is located in Lujiazui with a 1200 m2 office, Pudong, Shanghai and has more than 40 members in the office including 8 Captains and 6 Chief Engineers. The company pays great attention to the training of seafarers as it provides a 120 m2 training room to carry out relative trainings by taking advantage of the advanced facilities, which includes the company's operation, English, crew working skills, crew personal safety, vessels, pollution prevention, and international conventions and so on. Strict examination will be conducted upon the completion of all these trainings in order to guarantee the training quality.
