a database containing the details of seamen of various positions at your command,

management, creating advance crew change plans for many vessels simultaneously, with the perfect matching of crew members on particular vessels;
visa and flag documentation;

arranging transport to any place of crew change.

A restrictive anti-alcohol policy, strict selection regarding work attitude and employee health have resulted in an extremely low work-related accident rate, which has resulted in lower insurance premiums. We also established a training program at management level for deck and engine officers which, after three years, had 60 students from different countries.

highly qualified specialists with 15 years' experience in ship repairs with Germanischer Lloyd licences.

general overhaul of main and auxiliary propulsion machinery such as main and aux. engines, reduction gear boxes, turbochargers, steering gears, pumps, coolers, purifiers, etc.;
general overhaul of deck and cargo equipment; hydraulic cranes, hatch covers, mooring winches, etc.;
general overhaul of electrical, electronic and control engineering equipment;
EPIRB buoys;
consultation and technical management in the overhauling process;
dock access;
agency service (possessing relevant licences).
STEMAG MARINE Transport – cars (principally minibuses) and drivers available 24/7 in co-operation with STEMAG MARINE Crewing and STEMAG MARINE Grupa Remontowa Concordia. In addition, it supplies vessels.
