The C.K.Marine Agency (known as CKM) was founded in January 1992.

The CKM is privately owned and licensed Polish marine recruitment agency.

As an organization, we provide manning services globally, to marine industry, based on the Polish nationality crew. Our services include staff of all ranks to various types of ships, but mainly to general cargo vessels,

bulk and containers, RO-RO, coasters, offshore fleet, cruise vessels, luxury yachts and fishing ships.

Based on the client's needs, we can provide other type of marine services. We are here to serve our clients and assist them in their successful delivery.

C.K.Marine Agency has a large database, in excess of 8,700 skilled and experienced, speaking English seafarers with STCW certificates. We track the seafarer's status, and can easily reach those that are presently available for new engagement, depending on the ship owners' requirements and offer. We focus on providing our clients with qualified seafarers, filling the contracts according to the owner's specifications and having above average client satisfaction.

Some of our wide range of services includes the following:

process contracts of employment, flag state applications;
apply for crew visas;
arrange crew travel, sourcing the most cost effective means of travel;
arrange medical examinations for seafarers, by approved doctors, prior to embarkation;
process crew payroll;
manage crew claims related to P&I insurance on behalf of owners;
arrange and manage riding squads for repairs, tank cleaning, etc;
assist the crew and their families before, during and after the contract; i.e. issuing proper employment documents;
provide Marlins English tests for seafarers.
