Our head office is in Rotterdam and our roots lie in towage, dredging and shipping. In recent years we have grown to become a worldwide player. We are able to serve the international market via our offices in Poland, the Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, Brazil, Singapore and Indonesia and a partnership in the Philippines.

Around 800 professionals work for TOS on a day-to-day basis. We have extensive knowledge and experience with providing international personnel services.
