Technical Management

VENCEN supports its young and diverse fleet with professionally organized technical, commercial and crew management. In order to ensure quality ship operations and to preserve the ship value, VENCEN as a ship manager is responsible for the following issues:

Crew Management

The crew onboard is the most important part for any vessel’s safe and smooth operation and hence the key for VENCEN’s success. Recruiting and selecting seafarers in compliance with international regulations and according to customer requirements;
