Our manning division manages a vast pool of seafarers. We recruit seafarers through our own network of crewing centers and employ stringent checks to verify the employment history, certification and medical records of all applicants. These seafarers go through a rigorous selection process to ensure that only the most qualified and experienced seafarers are admitted as part of our team.
The value of our crew pool is enhanced on a continuous basis by our in-house training department which offers a broad range of courses and a well-established cadetship program to ensure that all client needs and statutory requirements are fully met. We have many years of manning experience and the company's operations network extends across Asia, Middle East & North Africa, Europe etc...Officers and Ratings are being sourced from our own and associates offices located in India, Maldives, Srilanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Georgia, Ukraine, Egypt, Ghana, Azerbaijan, Lithuania and Vietnam...
