Entrenched in the shipping business since 1989, our fleet consists of more than 50 own and thirdparty vessels, comprising tankers, container feeders and heavy lift vessels, bulk carriers, dock ships and offshore vessels. With our specialised teams for the different segments and with a strong seafaring DNA embedded in our business culture, we carry out Ship Management activities for our clients with the same level of prudence, judgment and care as for our own vessels.

At H&P we emphasise on basic and continuing education of our staff, since a qualified crew on board and experienced professionals ashore make the difference in the safe operation of a seagoing vessel. On-board practice lessons and other training courses regularly cover all nautical and technical aspects to meet and excel international guidelines.

IN-HOUSE COACHING

Our in-house coaches train our staff in various fields, including job safety and cargo security. H&P staff’s consistently high degree of knowledge and skills reduces risks and promotes a smooth operation – crew and cargo will reach their destination safely and in time.
