At Nautilus, our growth story and experience accumulated over the many years has taught us one simple thing- sustaining a competitive edge and exponential organizational growth is possible by creating an environment that encourages people to succeed and grow individually.

We currently have a 50-strong shore-based team who are complimented by 700-plus qualified seafarers aboard over 35 ships. We believe in training every member of the Nautilus team to deliver high quality services in an extremely professional manner. We adhere to and swear by a set of core values that each of one of us in here works towards, and also, is measured by. Comes as no surprise therefore, that we expect every new addition to the team to adhere to these values in word and deed.

We are growing continually. What that means is that we are looking at getting onboard new seasoned team members who are willing to work in a dynamic start-up like environment.
